Duties and Responsibilities

  • Generate and nurture leads

  • Assist prospects in making the right decisions

  • Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to close

  • Manage key partners

  • Grow and solidify existing relationships

  • Ensure partner and client satisfaction

  • Collaborate with internal teams

  • Update internal systems

Tools & Practices Used

  • Microsoft Office (excel, word, power point etc)

  • Google Suite Applications (sheets, slides etc)

  • Teams, Meet, Zoom and other collaboration tools

  • Social and professional media channels

Qualifications

  • ~2 years experience in a customers service or sales role

  • Intrinsic knack to help partners, sell, and win

  • Excellent English communication

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing or similar discipline
