We are looking for a Technical Sales Engineer (SE) to participate in the sales process of applications and platforms in the IT administration space. The Sales Engineer will present and demonstrate the platforms to potential clients, highlighting the benefits and features of the tools. The SE becomes a platform expert helping clients setup and configure the technical applications and training clients on best practices.

Responsibilities

• Run Pre-Sales platforms demonstrations
• Provide technical assistance during the sales process
• Provide trial support and walkthroughs focusing on platforms strengths and capabilities
• Perform competitive analyses and market research to understand competitor strengths/capabilities
• Work with Partners to assess and address client requirements during product deployment
• Offer design and configuration best practices to partners when deploying products to their networks
• Exercise problem identification and resolution during deployment
• Deliver product training to both Partners and support teams

Qualifications

• Experience as a Sales Engineer, Field/Networking Technician, or Systems Administrator
• Ability to effectively explain product messaging through technical demonstrations
• Ability to position product benefits and features in a winning format
• Strong English communication and presentation skills
• Highly analytical and excellent at problem solving
